Letter from John Boother, Autoscribe Ltd.
It is my privilege to lead this company, an organization that I am proud to say is still breaking new ground in its unique software products and high-quality support services.
Central to all of our thinking is our loyal customer base. We are also therefore proud of the upgrade paths that we have offered the users of Matrix Gemini LIMS over the years. Some customers have implemented every single upgrade since the early 1990’s, and our policy to support migration across almost two decades will remain in place. We want all of our customers to have access to the very latest features and functionality.
Another example of our responsiveness to customer needs is our steering group policy. We invite customers to be members of these groups so that they can influence the future direction of Autoscribe, our products and our services. This extremely valuable partnership approach enables us to enhance lab quality and efficiency through the judicious deployment of the latest technology, allowing our customers to realize heightened levels of productivity.
