Autoscribe continually strives to improve both its products and the service that it provides to the users of the Matrix LIMS software.
To monitor our performance we conduct annual user surveys in both USA and the UK. The surveys included questions relating to the software quality, system documentation, system implementation, support response and accuracy and our training performance.
In addition the survey included the question “What do you like most about your Matrix system?” In the USA survey 71% of users voted for flexibility/system configuration and a further 13% for ease of use. The full analysis is included in the report.
The latest surveys, conducted in the USA by Zumatrix Inc., and directly by Autoscribe in the UK, were circulated to all users of Matrix LIMS. All the results received are included in the surveys which include comparisons back to 2006 when the surveys were started where relevant.
For the first time Autoscribe has decided to provide these results to potential users of the Matrix software as well as to existing users. Full copies of the surveys are available on request. We believe that this is the first time that surveys of this type have been made available by a LIMS company.
Customer care is uppermost in the minds of Autoscribe and our business partners around the world. This is a vital ingredient for the success of LIMS projects throughout their lifetime.
Autoscribe Limited is a world leader in the development and supply of innovative configuration tools within the LIMS market and today our Matrix Gemini LIMS software is setting new standards of flexibility and adaptability.
