The protocol designer enables the entry and management of the study data, which is stored on one server by streamlined access by users with sufficient authority. Matrix Stability Express TK also controls storage room operations for optimized retrieval of sample material. An inventory facility ensures sufficient, but not redundant, sample material. When samples are removed from storage, this is recorded and tests are allocated according to the protocol. Such features ensure maximum efficiency.
Autoscribe users have two validation options – a tool-kit that allows the user to validate the system themselves, or a complete validation services including site visits.

Other LIMS suppliers have developed stability study management systems – with varying success – frequently as an add-on to a full LIMS solution, which provided little specific functionality to address the particular needs of stability studies.
